Shipping Policy

At BornReady Nutrition Center, we work hard to ensure your order is processed and shipped quickly. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking & Delivery

Once the package leaves our facility and a shipping notice with tracking is sent, the order is officially in the hands of the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
At this point, BornReady Nutrition Center no longer has control over delivery speed, delays, or handling.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

BornReady Nutrition Center is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Misdelivered packages

If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number so they can assist with claims or investigations.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist with a resolution.
