Refund & Return Policy

At BornReady Nutrition Center, we take pride in providing high-quality supplements and nutrition products you can trust. Due to the nature of consumable items, all supplement sales are final.

No Refunds or Exchanges on Supplement Products

For safety, quality control, and product integrity, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on:

• Opened or unopened supplement containers

• Protein powders

• Pre-workouts

• Vitamins and pills

• Any ingestible or consumable items

This policy ensures that every product sold meets the highest standard of safety and has never been tampered with, stored improperly, or returned from another household.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon purchase, please notify us within 48 hours of the transaction. We will happily replace the product with the same item if:

• The issue is verified at the time of return

• The product has not been used

All Other Merchandise

Non-supplement items such as apparel, accessories, or shaker bottles may be eligible for exchange only within 7 days if they are:

• Unused

• Unwashed

• In original packaging with tags attached

No refunds are issued — exchanges or store credit only.

Any item marked as Final Sale is not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.
